Break and Steal an Egg Merge Pets Guide

Merge Pets turns three matching animals into one egg. The decision is not a free upgrade: selected animals stop contributing to the active lineup, and the resulting egg may need a long hatch timer before its real value is known.

Quick answer

What you need to know

Use three pets of the same species, compare their current jobs with the live output preview and merge only when you can accept the temporary income loss. The interface says more KG creates a bigger egg, but the reviewed footage does not establish a permanent KG formula, guaranteed income or guaranteed mutation transfer.

How Merge Pets works

  1. 01

    Open Animal Merging

Use the Animal Merging machine near the base and open the Merge Pets panel.

  2. 02

    Choose one species

The captured interface requires three of the same pet and lists eligible copies after a species is selected.

  3. 03

    Inspect every input

Check KG, mutation labels and whether each pet is currently supporting the active lineup before adding it.

  4. 04

    Read the egg preview

The interface says more KG creates a bigger egg and displays the resulting egg KG before confirmation.

  5. 05

Confirm only when the tradeoff is clear

The three pets are exchanged for an egg; the final animal and income are not known until that egg finishes hatching.

A safe merge checklist

  • OKConfirm all three inputs are the same species.
  • OKRecord their combined role in the active lineup before removing them.
  • OKRead the displayed KG and result egg preview in the current server.
  • OKLeave enough productive animals to keep earning during the hatch timer.
  • OKAfter hatching, use Equip Best and verify the actual income change.
  • OKStop if the live interface differs from this dated capture.

Can a mutation carry over?

The reviewed player believed a gold input produced a gold result, but described the conclusion as roughly 90% certain. That is evidence of one possible outcome, not proof of a fixed inheritance rule.

Until the game shows a permanent rule or repeated controlled tests produce the same result, assume a valuable mutation can be lost. Read the live preview and avoid risking a unique mutated pet solely on this observation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How many pets do I need to merge?+

The captured October 10 Merge Pets interface requires three pets of the same species.

Does more KG make a better merge egg?+

The interface says more KG creates a bigger egg. The footage does not establish an exact formula or guarantee a particular animal or income.

Should I merge my best pets?+

Usually not without replacements. Productive inputs stop earning while the result egg hatches, so compare the temporary loss with the live preview first.

How long does a merged egg take to hatch?+

The reviewed run showed multi-hour timers, including examples around nine hours and two hours 37 minutes. Treat those as dated examples and read your own egg timer.

Do mutations carry through pet merging?+

One October result appeared to carry a gold mutation, but the player was not fully certain and the game did not display a guaranteed inheritance rule.

What should I do after a merged egg hatches?+

Inspect the new animal, use Equip Best if appropriate and verify the actual active lineup and income before starting another merge.
